ABOUT HOSPITIA

The operating system for hotel brand standards

The hotel industry is built on brand standards. Brands invest years in developing them. Owners commit to them at signing. Operators are responsible for upholding them every day. And yet the prevailing method for verifying compliance is still a person walking a property with a printed checklist, taking a handful of photos, and submitting a report days later.

Hospitia replaces that process. The platform uses AI-powered video analysis — not just still photographs — to inspect every area of a property against a brand's own criteria. Inspection teams record walkthroughs on any device. The AI analyses the footage, identifies non-conformances, and produces a scored, documented record. The output is available immediately — not after a reporting lag that renders the findings stale.

    The Hospitia suite

One platform covering the full property compliance lifecycle.

    PILLAR 01

    PIPs & Conversions

When a property enters a brand flag or undergoes a renovation, Hospitia guides inspection teams through every area — capturing video and photos, scoring each space against brand requirements in real time, and producing a structured Property Improvement Plan automatically. What previously required weeks of coordination between owners, operators, and brand representatives becomes a single, evidence-backed document that all parties can review and sign off on.

    PILLAR 02

    Compliance & Audits

Traditional brand audits rely on a field inspector visiting once a year, filing a written report days later. Hospitia replaces that process with AI-driven video analysis measured against each brand's own configurable standards. Every area of the property is scored. Every finding is tied to a timestamped video frame or photograph. Owners and brand teams access the same data, in the same system, with no reconciliation required.

    PILLAR 03

    Supervision & Ongoing Remediation

Signing a PIP or completing an annual audit is the starting line. Hospitia supports the work that happens in between — structured supervision walkthroughs conducted by housekeeping teams, department heads, or dedicated inspectors that keep properties on standard day to day. When deficiencies are identified, remediation is tracked directly in the platform: the finding, the corrective action, the follow-up inspection, and the close-out. Brand teams maintain continuous visibility; owners resolve issues before they become audit failures.

    AI at the core

Hospitia's AI is built specifically for the hospitality environment — trained to evaluate every area of a property against a brand's own configurable standards. No area of the property is out of scope.

Video is the primary input across all three pillars — richer than a still photo, faster than a manual walkthrough, and objective in a way no clipboard ever can be. The AI reads footage to evaluate cleanliness, furnishing compliance, maintenance state, signage accuracy, and brand-standard adherence simultaneously — across PIPs, formal audits, and day-to-day supervision walkthroughs alike.

Every AI assessment is reviewed and confirmable by a trained human reviewer before it enters the permanent record. Hospitia is designed to sharpen expert judgment, not replace it.

    The team

Hospitia was founded by entrepreneurs who saw firsthand how broken the brand-standards process was — and set out to fix it with technology. The company has since brought on seasoned industry leaders from some of the largest hotel brands in the world: people who have run brand-standards programs, sat on PIP committees, managed owner relationships at scale, and led conversion teams through hundreds of flag changes.

That combination — entrepreneurial speed and deep institutional knowledge — is what makes Hospitia different. We know exactly what breaks down between a brand's standards manual and what's actually happening on property, and we built the platform to close that gap permanently.
