Make the assignment specific
Each confirmed brand-standard item should identify the location, expected outcome, responsible party, target timing, and planning cost. Phase critical and safety work separately from brand-standard requirements and recommendations rather than treating every flag as equal.
Verify, do not merely close
Record an updated walkthrough segment or focused photo that shows the corrected condition. Compare it with the original source frame and record the review decision. If the fix is incomplete, reopen the item without losing its history.
